LE POLE D\u2019ACTIVIT\u00c9S ET DE SOINS ADAPTES (PASA)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le PASA est un lieu de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement accueillant, en journ\u00e9e, des r\u00e9sidents atteints de maladies neuro-d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives avec des troubles l\u00e9gers \u00e0 mod\u00e9r\u00e9s du comportement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Du lundi au vendredi, ces r\u00e9sidents b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019activit\u00e9s th\u00e9rapeutiques, afin de maintenir leurs capacit\u00e9s cognitives, physiques, psychologiques et sociales. Ces interventions entrent dans le champ des \u201cinterventions
non m\u00e9dicamenteuses\u201d (INM) , approche sur laquelle l\u2019\u00e9quipe s\u2019appuie pour garantir le bien-\u00eatre des r\u00e9sidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’unit\u00e9 est compos\u00e9e de 15 logements<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Des ateliers adapt\u00e9s sont organis\u00e9s et anim\u00e9s par le psychologue et des soignants. Deux groupes sont constitu\u00e9s de 7 r\u00e9sidents maximum, cr\u00e9ant un environnement calme et rassurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les temps de repas sont \u00e9galement des temps privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s et conviviaux, o\u00f9 les r\u00e9sidents renouent avec une vie \u201ccomme \u00e0 la maison\u201d et maintiennent leurs capacit\u00e9s par la pair-aidance (mettre le couvert, servir son repas, servir les autres\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019\u00e9quipe du PASA est compos\u00e9e :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • de soignants qui accueillent les r\u00e9sidents, organisent et animent les ateliers adapt\u00e9s et assurent l\u2019aide dans les actes de la vie quotidienne tout au long de la journ\u00e9e (nursing, soins de bien-\u00eatre\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • du psychologue qui identifie les r\u00e9sidents pouvant b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du PASA et les bienfaits attendus (projet personnalis\u00e9), coordonne les activit\u00e9s et organise et anime des ateliers adapt\u00e9s (atelier sensoriel, atelier m\u00e9moire\u2026)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    L\u2019\u00e9quipe se r\u00e9unit chaque trimestre, \u00e9value les bienfaits du PASA pour chaque r\u00e9sident de la file active, adapte les accompagnements individualis\u00e9s et collectifs : composition des groupes, types d\u2019ateliers \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00c0 l\u2019EHPAD Pedoya de La Bastide-de-S\u00e9rou, tout est fait maison et avec le c\u0153ur : nos \u00e9quipes pr\u00e9parent les repas sur place et prennent soin du linge de chaque r\u00e9sident avec attention.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
