men\u00e9e par l\u2019ensemble du personnel afin de garantir aux r\u00e9sidents de l\u2019EHPAD et \u00e0 leurs proches un accompagnement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 leurs besoins et dans le respect de leur choix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-text-align-justify\">V\u00e9ritable outil f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur, il a pour objectif de fixer les<br>orientations strat\u00e9giques de l\u2019EHPAD pour les cinq ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir et d\u2019\u00eatre le fil conducteur pour l\u2019ensemble des acteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-text-align-justify\">Au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2023, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de l\u2019EHPAD R\u00e9sidence<br>Gustave P\u00e9doya a r\u00e9dig\u00e9 son nouveau projet<br>institutionnel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent (2019-2023), le programme 2024-2028 se veut<br>novateur.<br>Ce projet d\u2019\u00e9tablissement devra \u00eatre un instrument de n\u00e9gociation avec les autorit\u00e9s<br>lors de la prochaine signature du Contrat Pluriannuel d\u2019Objectifs et de Moyens (CPOM)<br>2024-2028 avec l\u2019ARS et le Conseil D\u00e9partemental de l\u2019Ari\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background\" style=\"background-color:#81d742;color:#81d742\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
